Delivery Conditions
Standard Delivery Time for Orders within Mainland Spain:
Orders for mainland Spain will be delivered within 96 hours following the day on which payment is confirmed, provided that payment is made before 1:00 PM and the product is in stock. If any of the ordered products are out of stock, the customer will be informed if the delay is expected to exceed 2 days. If payment is confirmed on the eve of a holiday or weekend before 1:00 PM, the delivery time will start from the next business day following the holiday or weekend. On rare occasions, stock errors may occur; in such cases, the company will contact the buyer for a refund.
For mainland Spain, shipping is free for purchases over €100.

Cash on Delivery:
Cash on delivery carries an additional charge of €5, reflected in the order summary and notified before order confirmation. This fee is imposed by the transport company, not frutosdevettonia.com. A valid phone number must be provided. The charge is waived for orders over €60.

Order Status Information:
Customers can check their order status via their account on www.frutosdevettonia.com, by order number, by phone (+34 924 45 90 56), or email (info@frutosdevettonia.com).
If delivery cannot be completed due to absence, refusal, or incorrect information, the customer bears all related costs, including storage, redelivery, or return to frutosdevettonia.com.
All goods are carefully checked and packaged before shipment. Any damage to packaging must be noted on the carrier’s receipt with the carrier present. Frutosdevettonia.com is not responsible for delays caused by the transport company after the order has been handed over.
International Shipping Conditions:
Shipping fees include transportation, insurance, and customs clearance at origin. For non-EU countries, import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient. Frutosdevettonia.com is not responsible for delays due to strikes, war, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Right of Withdrawal:
Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 calendar days without justification. The period expires 14 days from the date the customer or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Refunds, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a more expensive delivery option), will be made within 14 days using the same payment method, without additional charges. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
Return goods to Frutos de Vettonia within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal. The customer bears direct return costs and is only responsible for decreased value from improper handling.
Customer Obligations:
Customers must provide accurate information in registration and order forms and keep it updated. Customers must accept all terms, keep login credentials confidential, and provide a delivery address for successful order fulfillment within standard delivery hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–13:30 and 16:00–18:00). Frutosdevettonia.com is not responsible for delays caused by the customer.
Security and Confidentiality:
Frutosdevettonia.com ensures the security and confidentiality of all customer communications. Purchase data is stored in a secure database. Personal, address, payment, and other data are protected under Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection. Customers may exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation, and opposition in writing. Data associated with a purchase must be kept for at least five years by law.
Governing Law:
Disputes are subject to the courts of the customer’s domicile. For customers outside Spain, both parties submit to the courts of Extremadura, Spain.
Guarantees:
For defective products, Frutosdevettonia.com will provide repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination free of charge to the consumer.
